Coming into Week 5 of the Marshall Thundering Herd's 2013 football season, there is still plenty of buzz in the air in Huntington, WV. Despite two heartbreaking losses to the hands of Ohio University and Virginia Tech, the Herd is looking to bounce back against a new opponent, The University of Texas - San Antonio.
The Roadrunners look to come into Joan C. Edwards Stadium on Saturday and prove that they belong at the top of the new-look C-USA. The Herd will continue to be led by gun-slinging quarterback Rakeem Cato, and a handful of other highly talented pieces that hope to slow down the Roadrunners and send a message to the rest of the conference, that it will not be an easy task coming into a rocking stadium and come out victorious.
On Saturday at 2, I expect the Herd to come out on top with each facet of the gameplan falling into place perfectly. The offense will continue to thrive, and the defense will be flying around all day long. I believe that there is just to much speed and athleticism on both sides of the ball for the Herd for the Roadrunners to contain. I expect The Herd to emerge as the victor and improve to 3-2 on the campaign, while also showing the rest of the conference that they fully expect to be champions come December.
GO HERD! BEAT THE ROADRUNNERS!
